Form completion: $200/hour (billed in 15-min increments)
**A minimum notice of one week is required for all paperwork completion.
We offer a reduced rate for clients from the BIPOC community. Please reach to us for eligibility prior to your appointment.
Insurance & Payments
We accept a range of insurances for residents of New York and New Jersey, including Aetna United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Quest Behavioral Health (available in NJ only). For those with out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to share that we’ve partnered with Thrizer to streamline documentation and claims. Please be aware that we are unable to provide services to clients with Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards through the HIPAA-compliant app IVY Pay for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
